1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to a confirmed order.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order and deposit payment (minimum 50%). Full payment is required before delivery unless a credit account has been approved.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Swift Catering Supplies is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
4. Warranty
Equipment carries a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty is void if equipment is misused, modified or improperly installed.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged goods in original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court.
